Johnson Polymer LLC has reached an amicable agreement with its partner, Toyo Ink Mfg. Co. Ltd., to purchase its remaining shares of the companies’ long standing joint venture, Johnson Polymer Corporation (JPC), the leading supplier of water-based acrylics to the Japanese printing and packaging market, serving all major ink companies in Japan.      JPC is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johnson Polymer.
